Take your game to the next level — increase bat speed, throwing velocity, power, speed, and core strength through our MVP Strength Training Program.
Designed for the serious player, this program focuses on developing the physical tools needed to maximize on-field performance. Our training targets three key areas: flexibility, anaerobic power, and resistance training.
Each session includes 60 minutes of strength and conditioning followed by 30 minutes of hitting.

Cost: $235 for complete 7 week program | $40 single drop-in

Session #1 runs 9/15-10/27 and Session #2 runs 11/10-12/22
