Lesson Cancellation Policy and Payments:

If you must cancel your scheduled lesson, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, the lesson will not be rescheduled and will be charged against your package.
All lessons must be paid for in full. Session-by-session payment is not allowed, but payment plans are available for package purchases. Lessons will not be scheduled until payment is received or a payment plan is established.
Any remaining credit from lessons will remain as a credit with All-Pro Baseball and Softball Academy and must be used within one year of the credit date. No refunds will be given for private lessons.
Each lesson package has an expiration based on the number of lessons purchased. Expiration dates encourage consistent attendance and help players get the most value from their lessons by maximizing repetitions during instruction.
Package expiration: 1-3 lessons: 1 month; 4-8 lessons: 3 months; 9-16 lessons: 6 months; 17-32 lessons: 10 months; 33 or more lessons: 12 months.
All lessons must be completed before the expiration date. Any remaining lessons will be forfeited.
