5 WEEK POWER PROGRAM
Program begins Monday, November 13th, 2023
For Pitchers and Position Players 13U-17U
90 Minute Sessions - Mondays and Wednesdays 7:00-8:30pm Focusing on key power weightlifting movements to increase mass/explosive power and baseball specific workouts to increase velocity and rotational power.
During the offseason, November and December are the months there should be an emphasis on increasing work capacity. This is one of the most important phases of the year - executing proper form throughout the offseason and an introductory period to establish routines and learn new techniques and skill. Late Fall is the time when you can get your most productive
training done and make the most progress to improve your physical qualities and work capacity.
